Damaged, missing parts or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or it wasn't what you ordered, please contact us at info@purelybotanicals.com.au for return or refund arrangement. Please include the image of the damaged/faulty/incorrect items and the invoice or proof of purchase in the email.
Wrong selection or change of mind
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange products that are wrongly selected or you have changed your mind.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for special consideration.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Please contact us immediately if your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. We will update your shipping details as soon as possible.
If your order has been processed, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes to your order. We will not hold any responsibilities for undeliverable addresses and/or lost in transit due to incomplete or incorrect information provided.
If we have received the returned parcel and you would like us to reship it, reshipping charges will be applied. If you would like a refund instead, we can arrange a full refund, excluding any original shipping costs paid (if any).
