3 Ballerina Tea Herbal Drink - Regular Strength

Senna Leaves, Green Tea leaves.

Brew one tea bag in a 10 oz. cup of boiling water for five minutes. Limit one serving per day. Honey may be added to sweeten the taste.

Do not use if you have or develop nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing children under the age of 18, individuals taking medicine(s), or if you have a health condition. Do not use if you have developed rectal bleeding or a sudden and persistent change in bowel habits (including failure to have a bowel movement). Not intended for continuous use over 3 days at a time.
