Senna alexandrina dry leaf powder 920mg/g,
Citrus aurantifolia dry fruit pericarp powder 8mg/g, Crataegus pinnatifida ripe fruit dry powder 34mg/g, Nelumbo nucifera leaf dry powder 8mg/g,
Vigna umbellata ripe seed dry powder 6mg/g,
Plantago asiatica ripe seed dry powder 6mg/g,
Wolfiporia cocos fruiting body dry powder 6mg/g,
Rheum officinale root and rhizome dry powder 6mg/g, Panax ginseng root dry powder 6mg/g.

1. Place one or two tea bags into a cup. Use porcelain or glass utensils only.
2. Pour boiling hot water (150c/e.Oz) into the cup. Cover the cup and allowed it to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Before serving, stir well to fully release the essence of the herbs.
4. Take one cup twice a day after meals. Do not add any sweetening agent.
