Eucommia (Du Zhong) tea, Cassia seed tea, barley, brown rice, oolong tea, soybeans, soybeans, Puercha, mulberry leaves, licorice, green tea extract, kelp (laminaria japonica)

How to use

For serving hot:
Put 1 bag in about 700cc-900cc of boiling water, boil it over low heat for about 5 minutes or more, and drink it several times a day.

For serving cold:
After boiling, cool down for a while then transfer to a plastic bottle or water pot. Chill in the refrigerator before drinking.
